Ask us anything, even before you book: commutes, the neighbourhoods worth renting in, where to find the things you`ll miss from home. Once you`re booked, we`ll have groceries stocked if you`d like and a ride booked to meet your flight.
Quick Answers - Minimum stay? 28 nights — and if you`d like longer, ask early: current guests get first call on their dates. - Cancellation? Plans change, especially when you`re moving cities — cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. - How many people? Ideal for one or two; the sofa bed sleeps two more, for four in total. - Good for remote work? Yes: a dedicated desk facing the lake, with Wi-Fi. - Check-in and check-out? Check-in from 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM — just start the dishwasher, take out the garbage and pull the door closed. Keys and the building fob come from a nearby handover point; details arrive the day before check-in. - Parking? None on site, and you won`t need a car — paid parking near the building can be arranged. - Pets? Welcome — tell us about yours when you book. - Booking for a company? Invoices in your company`s name are available. - House rules? For the month you`ll be a neighbour here: the whole tower keeps quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM — it`s why nights are so peaceful — and this is a smoke-free, party-free home. - Stays of 28 nights or more. Overnight: booked guests only (up to 4). Daytime visitors are welcome, without gatherings. - Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. The whole tower keeps them, which is why nights up here are so peaceful. - A smoke-free, party-free home: no smoking or vaping anywhere (suite, balcony or building), and no parties or events, ever. - Balcony: furniture stays inside the rail, and nothing goes over the edge — 42 floors is 42 floors. - Shared spaces, including the pool, gym and sauna, follow the building`s posted hours and rules. - Shoes off inside — it keeps the floors fresh for you. - Pets are welcome — just tell us who`s coming. On a leash in shared spaces, and always cleaned up after. - Garbage and recycling go to the chute room on your floor, sorted per the signage. - Keep the keys and fob safe — a lost key or fob is replaced at cost. - Check-in from 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM.
