This was a great place with lots of open room and light. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were very private. The basement was a surprise with its own refrigerator, bathroom and seating area as well as a bedroom. WiFi was very good. It was very easy to navigate around town from this spot. We were never too far from anything we wanted to see. You could hear the neighbors a little, but it wasn’t bad. They certainly didn’t keep us from hearing the tv or sleeping. There were a few items we couldn’t find that would’ve been helpful, such as paper towels or more rags to wipe up spills and the water/ice wasn’t hooked up so it would’ve been nice to have old fashioned ice trays. Our biggest complaint was hidden fees. I’m not sure if this was VRBO or the hosts. We specifically chose this space for the number of rooms and bathrooms. When looking at it, there was a pop up that said “no hidden fees”, so it was quite a surprise when I got the remainder of the charge of 1k more than advertised. It wouldn’t have been so surprising if we hadn’t gotten the no hidden fees pop up. Still, if I had a group, I’d absolutely stay here again. It was a very comfortable, homey and lovely space in a great neighborhood and the price is reasonable. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
