According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions. Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 18 years. All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
