House Rules:
1. Quiet Hours: 11 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for both the property and the neighbors. Noise levels should be kept low, especially during these hours.
2. No Smoking Inside the House: Smoking is permitted only in the front yard. This includes cigarettes, cannabis, marijuana, and any other substances. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and respect the non-smoking areas.
3. Toilet use: Only use the toilet for pee, poo, and water. No other items should be flushed to prevent pipe blockages and potential sewage backups.
4. Garbage Separation:
Green Bin: Food waste, pizza boxes, tissues, and similar organic materials.
Blue Bin: Bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, and plastic containers.
Black Bin: Other household trash.
5. Firepit in the Front Yard: Supervision is required at all times when the firepit is in use. Make sure the fire is properly extinguished after use.
