「Disappointed that the room we booked was not what we got. The pictures online were inaccurate otherwise. Also told the new policy for hilton was a self parking fee which if ridiculous. The room was clean but needs revamping. Curtains are toren and either there was maintenance happening at 6am or something with the mechanical room that was very loud to wake you up.」

「First, this is a motel, not a hotel. It's also not that easy to access or even find. The first room they gave me was on the second floor, carried my luggage all the way up there (which was difficult at my age) only to discover the room had no electricity. The beds were comfortable and the room was well-equipped. The breakfast was just muffins/bagels and make-your-own waffles. They ran out of cream for the coffee. But the worst part of my experience was that the floor was filthy!」
