"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. HYPERION Hotel Hamburg

8/10 Good

"Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

Prize by Radisson, Hamburg City

8/10 Good

"The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. The coffee was great and the selection fantastic. The room could have used a better cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. It was just not as good as I expected. The carpet in the room was stained and I think a better cleaning job should have been done. Still I would consider staying here again"

Reichshof Hotel Hamburg

10/10 Excellent

"All staff had been very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff and food especially fantastic, very nice teamwork creating a very pleasant start to the day. Location could not be better with all transport links across or along the road. As main train station are in big cities not the cleanest surroundings but safe and I would stay there again and recommend his hotel - I travelled alone and stayed 4 days."
