SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home’s four bedrooms sleep 14 guests:

• Bedroom 1: One king bed
• Bedroom 2: One queen bed
• Bedroom 3: One queen bed
• Bedroom 4: A large, two-part basement bunk suite

One section of the basement bunk suite has a queen-over-queen bunk. The adjoining section has two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk beds. Together, the two sections provide beds for up to eight guests while remaining connected as one large sleeping suite.

A separate lower-level bonus room includes a full-size daybed and the home’s third TV. This room provides additional sleeping flexibility and a quieter place to watch TV or relax.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE

Capricorn House has two separate living and entertainment areas, allowing larger groups to spend time together without feeling crowded.

The main level includes a comfortable living room located beside the kitchen and dining area. Downstairs, the walkout game room has comfortable seating, a large TV, full-size ping-pong table and multigame arcade.

The home has three TVs total, including TVs in the main living room, basement game room and bonus room.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen includes full-size appliances, generous counter space and breakfast-bar seating for three. The adjoining dining table seats six and is conveniently located beside the living room and elevated deck.

The open arrangement makes it easy to prepare meals, serve a group and move between the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY

The home has three full bathrooms. A full bathroom is located in the walkout basement near the game room, bunk suite and bonus room, making the lower level especially convenient for larger groups.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use, which is particularly helpful for extended stays, sports teams and work crews.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The elevated deck provides outdoor dining space, privacy screening and views of the home’s wooded surroundings. From the walkout basement, guests can access the lower patio and grill.

PARKING

Guests have access to garage parking as well as additional parking in the private driveway.
