Biggest issue i had was I'm disabled and have difficulty climbing stairs. They gave me a 2nd floor room. No elevator and the would not change me to the first floor. Made no effort to accommodate my disability, the lady just laughed and said it's not bad, i can do it. I literally almost passed out by the time i got my luggage and me to the room. Prepaid the room so i was told no refunds.
Second issue they required a credit card to charge a $100 deposit to but i was told it would be refunded upon check out. 2 days later no refund. Called and was told they never charged my card (it's on my card statement), then told me they refunded to the wrong customer, then they told me it was refunded yesterday but it might take a few days to show up. If i had known about the deposit ahead of time I'd never booked a room.
Place is run down with peeling paint , linens were stained and dirty looking, the advertised pool and spa wasn't available. Overall about the worst motel experiance I've ever had.
