「8月に家族で利用。深夜の到着でも問題なくチェックインできた。3階の部屋を案内されたが、エレベーターがあり、荷物運搬も楽々。室内はきれいで角部屋だったためか部屋が広めでもう少し早く来ればよかったと少し後悔。水の供給タンクが屋上にあったためか、シャワーや水道の水圧は少し弱めだった。 朝食は基本的には他のベストウェスタンシリーズと同じだが、ベーグルやパンが（乾燥しないよう）ラップで個装されていた気遣いはうれしい。電子レンジで温めて食べるブリトーやハンバーガーがあり、どれも美味しかった。朝に客室の窓越しに見るトパーズ湖の眺めは美しく、また来たいと思った。近くにガソリンスタンドがあるが、ネバダ州内のスタンドにしては観光地価格になっているため、リノ・カーソンシティ（北）方面に移動中で余裕があればもう少し北にあるGardnervilleかミンデンのガソリンスタンドを利用した方が価格が安い。もし、ロサンゼルス方面（南）に移動中であれば、カリフォルニア州内にしては割安な価格なのでこちらを利用するとよい。」

「Clean rooms no kid friendly activities. When we maid reservation it showed a pool, but it was filled in with dirt. So disappointing! Also no easy access to the lake.」

「Everything about the property is excellent. In addition to the conventional ròoms available for booking, a KOA campground is part of the overall operation. Be aware that your arrival time must be conveyed to ensure someone is available to receive you upon arrival. Also, be aware that some cell phone carriers do not cover the immediate spot. T-Mobile could not be used. Fortunately, we had another phone with a different carrier and were OK. WI-FI IS VERY GOOD. STAFF COULD BE MORE CONGENIAL.」

「The first room they put us in, A/C didn’t work so I called to make sure I was using the remote correctly. After determining that the A/C was the problem, they had us move to another room. The next room was so small that we couldn’t set up our dog crate (we chose this place because we were traveling with dogs). By the time we got all our stuff moved it was 9:00 pm, and we had a long drive in the morning, so we had to make the best of it. Then, we tried using the shower. There was no hot water in...
