The space

One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom has a shower over bath with a separate toilet. There is heating and cooling through the entire home for year round comfort.

Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

However, if you need to check out after 11 am, an extra night's fee may be levied and must be paid before we can commit to the extended check out time. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.
