"Property was good. Room didn't have a coffee maker. When I asked front desk clerk, he said: It's not required.!!! With an aditude I may add. How easy would it have been to bring us a coffee maker. I had my foot in a boot still from a recent foot surgery. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing a diabetic could have. All sugar and carbs and the fruit was not fresh."

"We had such a fantastic trip and this property was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation. The accomodations were well suited to our multiple families and the big cabin was perfect for gathering. We used the big porch every night and the kids loved the pickle ball court, grass area, ping pong, and football. Everything was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious. We loved how the house was decorated and all of the design choices, like the barn doors and gorgeous wood floors. Thank you for helping us have a great family vacation!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Payson property. Everything was just as advertised on the VRBO site. The home was clean, well kept and close to the needed amenities for a stay of any duration. This property is very family-friendly. Doug the host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely consider staying at the property again."

"We had an excellent stay for the 4th of July, 2026! The host was wonderful to work with and communicated quickly.Location was perfect, convenient to everything family wanted to do. Property was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities that made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Vrbo rental"
