"Ideally situated if you want the best of both worlds. Peaceful hillside setting with beautiful views- A short seven minute drive down a bendy road to Erbalunga with it's restaurants and bars. Bear in mind that Erbalunga is a quiet seaside village/town- nightlife is restricted to restaurants. A fifteen minute drive up the coast will bring you to a marvelous, sandy beach with a low-key beach bar/restaurant. from the house, there is a great view of the isle of Elba."

"The accommodation was perfect! Spacious, clean, well-equipped and with an excellent air-con system to keep us cool during the hot nights. The views of the sunset from the huge balcony area made our evening ,meals an especial treat. Thomas and his family were excellent hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The house was a short walk - only 5 mins at most from a lovely sandy beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Five stars."

"Vacances du 10 au 24 aout, 6 adultes et 3 enfants Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Lavasina. Le service de conciergerie est très présent, cordiale, arrangeant et réactif. Notre arrivée ainsi que le départ c'est très bien passé. La maison est très agréable, le plus, les deux terrasses avec des vues idyliques. "nice house, but was not very clean"

"The location of the villa is fantastic with a wonderful view of the bay. The villa was equiped with all appliance and plenty of dishes, cups etc in kitchen but unfortunately we had to request gas for the BBQ. The bedrooms were clean but minimally furnished. We missed an introduction to the villa on arrival but could email the manager with questions who responded fairly promptly. We were disappointed that we lost two days in the pool which was green and cloudy when we arrived. It was dealt with...

"Lovely villa in a fantastic location, made even more special by the wonderful hosts. The location, decor, views and gardens made our stay really special. Erbalonga is the perfect base to explore Cap Corse from, and the villa is an extremely comfortable place from which to do it. Special mention to the hosts who were incredibly helpful with local recommendations, and even helped us order dinner when we checked in late in the evening! Highly recommended!"
