We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores. Sapporo, beach locations, a main commercial avenue in Tomakomai and Chitose airport are all accessible by bus. However the nearby mountain lake was not, hence the need for a car. We stayed there because of the proximity to the ferry. The room is small but very well distributed with all comforts covered. The outside and neighbour noise was minimal. The breakfast was a delight each morning. It is a good base even without a car.

Staff is not willing to help and inpatience with questions, even to their own Japanese folks. Coffee machine in lobby is restricted to "one cup" only. Everything will be charged extra fee. Don't lose your key, it will cost you 1000 yen for panelty. It is far from JR station, 20 minutes walk instead 10 as website said. Disappointed

隣の部屋の生活音(シャワーオン、ドアの音、声)がかなり聞こえることから、防音面はかなり薄いと思う。 出張や仕事で利用を考えている方は、睡眠に差し支えるため別のホテルをおススメします。 音以外は特に問題なかったです。

スタッフの対応が良かったです。 ツインの部屋を高学年の子供の添い寝と高校生の子供と計3人で泊まらせてもらったのですが、追加の枕や毛布など申し出ればすぐに用意していただけました。朝食も無料でついていて、育ち盛りの子供がいる我が家にはコスパの良い宿泊でした。

初苫小牧で二泊お世話になりました。コンパクトで居心地の良いホテル。ウェルカムドリンクの説明は無し。苫小牧の良さを何かでアピールすると良いかな？外食とか観光とか交通機関とか。朝食メニューは工夫の余地は有ると思います。費用対効果という観点では良いのでしょうが。友人にはお勧めします。ありがとう。
