"Lovely hotel with renovated, clean rooms and helpful staff. Perfect cafe with great breakfast options. The shuttle is a wonderful amenity given location a little outside the city center."

"I would expect there to be more frequent transport available to take guests between town and hotel. Only one an hour is not enough. I would expect coffee in the room and not have to go to lobby. The staff did not help much when it looked like a storm might strand us at the hotel, I had to do all the investigating - fortunately we were able to get a ferry. It’s not a hotel for anyone wanting to be anywhere than in their room. And in the bad weather we had on our stay it felt empty and lifeless...
