Instalaciones bien, servicio puede mejorar

Fuimos en grupo de 8 parejas Las instalaciones muy bien. Hice la solicitud con tiempo de que me cambiaran a una habitación con cama king, no me respondieron hasta un día antes que no era posible. Si hubiera realizado la reserva con ellos directo si había disponibilidad, me pareció muy tardado y no oportuna la respuesta. Así mismo, en general con poca adaptación a lo que requería el grupo, al día siguiente no nos permitieron ingresar a la alberca a pesar d e haber realizado un consumo importante. La gerente no parece tener la experiencia para recibir grupo y ofrecer alternativas. El resto de la estancia, respecto a habitación, limpieza y comida estuvo ok.

Excelente todo, menos el internet

Lugar increíble, las habitaciones muy bien logradas, y la comida deliciosa. El único punto negativo que encontramos fue mucha intermitencia en el wifi, imposible usar el internet de la computadora en varios lugares del hotel. Fuera de eso lo recomiendo mucho.
