Great facilities, the hotel is really beautiful, the arquitectura is really nice, furniture is new and of great taste. The only opportunity I see is the food, not at the level of the rest of the hotel and they have no vegan options.

The service was excellent, the hotel is modern, and the food and drinks are of very good quality. However, there are two very negative points that overshadow all the good. First, the rooms have digital codes, and with so few rooms, it’s easy for anyone to figure out other guests’ codes, which is a security concern. Second, upon check-out, we were charged because one towel had mud on it. I find this completely unreasonable — I have never been charged anywhere else for leaving a towel dirty. After a hiking trip, we simply used it to clean our shoes so we wouldn’t bring mud into the room. This unexpected charge really ruined an otherwise great experience, which is a shame because the hotel itself is quite good

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel. Das Zimmer in der ersten Etage war sehr schön. Wie das gesamte Hotel war alles mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Es gibt keine klassisches Frühstück. In der Karte sind aber verschiedene Möglichkeiten enthalten um sich ein Frühstück zusammen zu stellen. Ich empfehle hier die Omelett. Zum Abendessen gibt es eine Auswahl an Fleisch-, Fisch oder vegetarischen Gerichten. Das Hotel war für uns schwer zu finden. Der Eingang ist sehr unscheinbar. Hier nach einer grauen Tafel mit dem Logo des Hotels suchen. Das Hotel ist von der Straße Vega del Valle und nicht von Vega del Campo zu erreichen. Das ist auf Google Maps nicht richtig dargestellt. Nach Valle de Bravo bzw. Avandaro sind wir von Mexiko City mit einem Uber für 70 Euro gefahren. Uber berechnet später noch 30 Euro für die Maut! In Valle de Bravo ist dann aber Uber nicht verfügbar. Das Hotel organisierte uns eine Rückfahrt für ca. 170 Euro als Komplettpreis. Unverständlich war uns die fehlenden Kommunikation zu einem Event im Hotel. Wir wurden ohne Vorwarnung in den Weinkeller zum Abendessen komplementiert. Hier wäre eine kurze Information im voraus besser gewesen. Prinzipiell war die Kommunikation in Englisch eher beschwerlich. Je nach Aufmerksamkeit des Personals wurde Mal eine spanische oder eine englische Menükarte vorgelegt. Wir können das Hotel aber in jedem Falle empfehlen.

Lo súper recomiendo es un lugar moderno, elegante. El lugar es muy lindo , limpió. La atención super buena todo el tiempo ! La alberca y jacuzzi climatizado siempre! La habitación Euphoria con Jacuzzi privado,realmente recomendado , romántico ,elegante y cuenta con toda la comodidad ! El desayuno y comida del Restaurante Deliciosa ! Nos encantó !
