Located in the best climatic zone of Valle de Bravo, this architectural house combines luxury, comfort, and nature. The house and its large hot tub, both offer impressive views of the lake and mountains, creating a serene atmosphere.

The spaces integrate the interior with the exterior, allowing you to enjoy nature with comfort. Private terraces and gardens invite relaxation and disconnection, with the jacuzzi being the ideal place to watch sunsets and starry skies.

Accommodation Features:

Three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a private terrace with lake views.

Jacuzzi with hydromassage and hot water, perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset.

Open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with panoramic views, integrated into the dining and living room with television.

Main terrace with barbecue and outdoor seating, ideal for meals and gatherings in a natural setting.

Several private terraces with comfortable seating areas, surrounded by vegetation, ensuring tranquility and privacy.

Room Distribution:

Master Suite: Spacious, with a king-size bed, sofa, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Direct access to a private terrace with spectacular lake views.

Second Bedroom: Spacious, with a king-size bed and, in a loft, a second queen-size bed. Private bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace with lake views.

Third Bedroom: Equipped with a queen-size bed and, in a loft, a second bed and a work area. Private bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace with lake views.

Location and Activities:

Just 15 minutes from downtown Valle de Bravo, the house allows easy access to the cultural and gastronomic life of the magical town, while maintaining the tranquility of a secluded retreat, with a dry climate and average temperatures of 27°C year-round. Additionally, it has very close access to the Kontiki marina, allowing you to enjoy activities such as water skiing, boat rides, and kayaking in just a few minutes.

Also nearby: Horseback riding, hiking, paragliding and paramotoring, mountain biking, razer outings, waterfall visits, 5-star restaurants, and everything Valle has to offer.

Due to the layout of the house and the presence of multiple stairs, it is not recommended for children aged 1 to 12 years or for people with reduced mobility.

This house is a private sanctuary where nature and design come together to offer an unparalleled rest experience. A unique space for those looking to disconnect from the daily routine and immerse themselves in the beauty of Valle de Bravo.

Beautiful house and a very attentive, responsive host. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and loved the meals prepared by Caro. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas and beautiful plants throughout the property. Highly recommended!
