「Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. Room is always clean in a daily basis. Easy accessible and walking distance grand mall from hotel.」

「I think the system requiring guests to request slippers at the front desk should be improved It would have been nice to have at least 2 pairs of slippers in the room」

「The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

「Terrible place to stay. Pictures are deceiving. Does. Ot look anything like the pictures on the website. The communication is terrible and hard to reach. The apartment itself is gross and filled with bugs and smells really bad inside. Please remove this from your website, place is such a scam and not worth the money 」
