APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Eki Tower
The price and quality stood out for me. The pool was closed since it’s winter , but everything else was in full swing. The location is perfect since it’s next to useful station and so many restaurants . The issue for me were the elevators sometimes took around 8 minutes to get on, other than that ...
