*The staircase is open and has large windows that let in lots of light from outside, making it very open!
The floor space is 232 m² (36 m² of which are balconies on the 1st and 3rd floors), allowing you to relax in a spacious area.
Each room is air-conditioned.
A special location, just 2 minutes walk from Hatsudai Station and 1 stop from Shinjuku Station! On the way back, you can walk to Shinjuku Station and go to the terminal station that connects to your next destination without having to transfer!
There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, coin laundries, etc. in the surrounding area, so you will not be inconvenienced by your daily life!
【Important Notes】
・Please be quiet so as not to cause any inconvenience to the neighbors.Please be mindful of noise levels, even when indoors, especially between 9pm and 8am (please keep doors and windows closed and stay indoors).
・Please do not smoke, drink alcohol, or make noise inside the accommodation, on the balconies, or on the road in front of the accommodation (parties are strictly prohibited). Please strictly refrain from littering cigarette butts on the street. If these rules are not followed and complaints are received from neighbors, a flat fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. We may also report you to the police.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and in the outdoor space in front of the entrance to the facility. If you do smoke (including if the smell of cigarettes lingers in the room), a flat fee of 50,000 yen will be charged as a nuisance fee and cleaning fee.
・In the event of loss or damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, etc., we will have to charge a reasonable fee, so we would appreciate it if you could avoid such a situation.
・According to Japanese law, guests from outside Japan must provide copies of passports for all guests staying at the accommodation.
・Floor heating is not provided. Please use the heating function of the air conditioner in winter.
・Please separate your garbage according to the rules that will be explained to you after booking.
・The parking lot was renovated and 2-3 trucks came in and out every day, so large vehicles can also park, but the road to the parking lot is a bit narrow. Please be aware of this in advance.
