Great hotel for families near Tokyo Disney

​The Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie is one of the best places I've stayed in a while. The hotel is easy to get to from Haneda Airport. The staff was so wonderful and helpful; they would accommodate most any request we made. The hotel's amenities were amazing as well. They offer a great buffet breakfast every morning. There is a laundry service on the second floor. They also have a Family Mart in the hotel, whose staff is also very helpful. The hotel is literally just two stops away from Disneyland, it's two stops from Tokyo Station, and the train is just across the street. On top of the hotel being amazing, there are great food options nearby and even a grocery store across the street. I would really recommend this place if you enjoy a quiet location that isn't too crowded.

My stay at Tokyo East Side was fantastic. The location is right in front of a train station and the staff was so great! They went above and beyond any requests/questions we asked. The room was also very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was nice. Located in what I would say is an industrial area. It was safe and quiet area though. We did have noisy neighbors but overall it was nice. Breakfast was good. There is a grocery store very close by and a Lawsons. I would stay there again.

The hotel was excellent and affordable for our in-season stay. The train station was right across the street, making it easy to reach our destinations. There were many convenience stores nearby, including one inside the hotel, as well as a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Japan.
