Very kind staff, comfy and clean room, walking distance to Hatagaya and Sasazuka which are close to Shibuya or Shinjuku by Train. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you very much:)

Very clean rooms 👌 I don't know if we got the right room looked different from what reserved but lucky the room had two beds so it didn't really matter. Other than that it awesome really cool lady at the front counter and even spoke English so thag was cool too. Would recommend to any that wants the shibuya night life but not be as in the overpriced area of shibuya. 9/10

I believe I was the first guest to ever say in the room! Friendliest group of people working here I've ever met under one roof. Genuince excitement for the guest experience at the property and in the city. Quick to ask questions and to offer ideas. I've stayed at plenty of hotels where the staff was polite. These interactions reminded me more of how summer camp counselers really brought it (in a good way). The rooms are brand new (July 2026) and the world around is walkable, safe, convenient, and fun. Hatagaya is its own vibe. It was so nice leaving the noise of the landmarks and return to a proper neighbourhood. I used to live not far away, making my time extra special.

I love how big and clean the room was. I honestly didn’t expect it since I stayed in different places and different hotels and the space was smaller. The staff were very friendly. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. There are 2 train stations 10 mins away from the hotel. If I ever come back to Tokyo this would definitely be where I would stay. :)
