The hotel is on the edge of Kabukicho, which makes it quiet, while being within a walking distance from all attraction you may want! Also close to the Shinjuku station, which made travelling around Tokyo easy. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

This hotel is in the middle of Shinjuku which was perfect for first time travelers to Japan. The highlight of this hotel is location. It was a close walk to the train station - which was amazing. There were lots of good places to eat within a few blocks from the hotel, with multiple convenience stores located nearby. The room was quite small but that is standard for hotels in Japan. We only travelled with two carry-on luggage and the space felt tight, so I can't imagine how tight it must be if you have two travelers with their own check-in luggage. They have coffee and a kettle, as well as a fridge. Overall, it was sufficient for a 2-night stay.

Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again. The rooms are small, but they worked well for the two of us. There is some noise from the street that you can hear, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. It’s about a 14 minute walk from the main station to get around Tokyo, which was unexpected since the advertised station is reported as very close. We really appreciated the towels and water bottles provided each day—thank you! We were also staying here during the 5.9 magnitude earthquake and had no safety concerns at all, which was fantastic. Overall, a good stay!

Pros: location was good although not very clean streets (surprised as I thought Japan was extra clean ) useful they had a laundry room . Cons:Was okay , the room is very very small no wardrobe so have to live out of a suitcase 2 hangers but they hang against a wall . The small hall hatch (ceiling ) was wet and dripped water (luckily suitcase was closed ) Breakfast wasn't so good limited selection.

First time visiting Tokyo with my family. Excellent staffs and breakfast menus! We had the best stay in Tokyo thanks to all wonderful staffs! The rooms were small compared to American standard but we (3 family members) had no problem at all. Will definitely come back next time!
