Great location. Very Friendly staff. Lots of dining areas near hotel. Loved the Family Mart next to the hotel. A very convenient location to- Hamamatsucho train station. Lastly easy 20 mins train ride back to Haneda Airport.

Great location from which to explore Tokyo. The rooms might be smaller than what Americans are used to, but if you’re looking for something close to the airport, a short distance from the subway, this is it. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are nice. It's a bonus to be able to open the window in the room. A wonderful selection of restaurants almost on the doorstep. There is a Family mart convenience store attached to the hotel so any small items are available 24 hours.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. The room was clean and there was everything I needed such as phone and battery chargers and coin laundry. The place was quiet and I had no problem sleeping in the night. I will definitely use this hotel again.

This place is situated close to Metro and Jr lines. It was easy to get around town and even to the airport. Monorail only took 30 min to Haneda airport. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was amazing and always greeted you as you walked in. There is also a Family mart attached to the building which was great!

It was very convenient to all the places we planned including Yokohama and there are a few lines that we can choose from. There are many eateries around but can be quite crowded at times especially during weekdays. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room can be improved though.

Comfortable but small

Comfortable even though it's very small. They provided free toiletries and have a convenience store connected to the lobby. The "eco" cleaning option still gave us new towels each day, and extra plastic water bottles.

Overall it’s a decent place to stay for two nights. Check in was smooth and the customer service was very nice. The property is easy walking distance from Hamamatsucho station and many restaurants. The areas requiring improvements is the cleanliness of the mattress pad - I found many long hairs and some yellow stains. It’s obvious this is is not cleaned regularly. The building itself is dated but adequate. It’s ok for a short trip.

Good value and accessible to transportation

Comfortable for the 3 of us and accessible to the monorail to airport and the subway system. I wish there could have been more space for our luggage but that's because we brought medium-sized ones for the items, gifts, and souvenirs that we bought. We thought the air-conditioning was not working but we were told that only the heater works. The staff brought an electric fan right away and we cracked the window open. Problem solved. Eco-friendly accommodation. Helpful and polite staff. We also like the restaurant recommendations and the map on the wall especially for us who are first time visitors. We will stay in this hotel again when we're in Tokyo.

Pros: - I was initially worried the bed would be too small, but they provided two twin beds and we were happy campers - spacious bathroom - neatly appointed room - pleasant front desk staff - very close to Hamamatsucho and daimon stations. Stayed the night before our return flight for easy airport commute -plenty of dining options around. There is a convince store right next door as well Cons - room was rather small (not unusual for tokyo) so there wasn't space to open/close and repack luggage - there is no smoking area in or near the property. Need to walk to Daimon station for a smoking area

The property is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to transportation. However, the room has moldy smell with black mold on bathroom door. My throat and nose were very irritated after one night, wouldn’t recommend unless the issue is fixed
