An excellent location just beware of the activities that are happening around the night. Has a laundry room that has excellent machines! Rooms are very small. Skip the check in size and do your laundry! The hotel provided

We had a good trip at illi hotel lume. The only complains I had was the lock on our door broke multiple times,leaving us to have to leave it unlocked while we explore and wait for the staff to fix it. There is no closet so if you are bringing a lot of luggage the room gets small quickly. Other than those things the staff was incredibly helpful with replying quickly and the room is very clean. The location is in a good spot as well right next to everything. Check in and check iut is super easy as well.

We stayed there just recently and the room was so nice at first glance but then later came to found out about two cockroaches in our bedroom and also the ac stopped working in the middle of the night. I asked the staff for a refund but still have not heard a response back and we booked two rooms and one of the rooms did not have the access code working to open and lock the room so we had to use the key. There is no staff available there to help you when needed so you have to message them online and then you have to message them back so for anyone visiting from other countries and can not call a local Japan phone then you won’t be able to get in contact with the staff immediately. Like when the cockroaches were identified in my room there was no staff there and never are there for during our whole stay so I don’t recommend paying for their rooms and wasting your money.

I absolutely love the experience! Everything is brand new—from the flooring to the bathroom, which even has a built-in TV in the tub. Amazing! 😍 The location is also incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Shibuya. This was my first time in Japan, and when I come back, this is definitely where I’m staying again! 🇯🇵✨

Good location. Small but clean and modern room. Small rooms are not inusual in the city but for the price it felt particularly small. Clean room, but no windows or natural light. Noisy at night, woken by birds early morning. There is an automatic light for the bathroom which turns on if you move in bed - very frustrating. It’s fine for a night but wouldn’t spend longer than one night there
