Location was fantastic with plenty of food options and konbinic nearby. It was convenient to get to Tokyo Station and other major stations. Breakfast was luxurious and the foot spa was a great add on to try after a long day of walking!

Relaxing charming vibe of a hotel. Excellent location. Room is clean, compact yet functional, well thought out. However the only downside is that to get to guest rooms, you have to take a set of lifts up to 14th floor (main reception), then a different set down to guest rooms which adds a little inconvenience at the end of long day. Do hope this arrangement might be temporary though. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Really great stay, the staff were very nice all the time. The rooms and beautiful and minimal. Love the big tub and door that separates the washroom area from the sleeping area. Only thing is that the breakfast is not really a buffet. Only cereal, rice, miso soup, and drinks are self serve. The food can get repetitive as theres only 2-3 set menu options and the service is slow, sometimes taking half an hour to get my food. Definitely not great if you're in a rush but it is very tasty.
