"I errored and made the mistake of staying here again. Staff has zero personality, place is dirty, free “hot” breakfast is terrible, constantly people and employees smoking right outside the main entry, rooms were filthy, hot tub still under repair 3 months later…. Seriously, stay away from this place!"

"I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold."

"5 Adults stayed while we ice fished on Devils Lake. The property fit all our needs. Pleased we could park the trailer and 4-wheeler in pole shed. The property was very clean. Only thing we had to deal with was one bathroom for 5 adults but we knew that from the accurate listing - we managed and will return next year!"
