It is very well located, but not the cleanest motel. It's the cheapest and that is why we booked it, because everything else is so expensive.

The location was good. It was adequately safe and comfortable and very convenient location. We picked it for availability and price and it did the trick. I would stay there again. We liked the quality and service of the pub which we used once. The specials they show at the pub no longer exist and they sold their boat a year ago so no more scenic tours or fishing outings. It worked well given we had an early am fishing outing that was off the main dock practically 1 min walk from us.

This is a very tired and old motel. Calling it a resort is a big stretch. Having said that, it was clean and beds were good. Check out was strange. There was no one around, and no instructions so we just left the key in the room and left.

Prima gelegen, parkeren voor de deur, goede bedden. Het motel en meubilair is echt verouderd maar niet zo erg als ik op basis van de reviews had gedacht. Op het moment dat we boekten waren er weinig opties in Ucluelet en ik zou dit motel niet snel kiezen als er andere opties zouden zijn maar we hebben er ondanks dat toch een prima verblijf gehad en Ucluelet is een leuk plaatsje

Older motel but decent. Has kitchenette and basic kitchen stuff. Coffee& tea available. No hairdryers. It didn’t bother us much but because it is an older bldg, you can hear other rooms more audibly than usual I suppose.

This is an essentially basic motel that looks quite dated, but OK considering prices in the area in the summer. The rooms were clean but the refrigerator was very noisy. The location in Ucluelet was fine and there were some good nearby restaurants.

The hotel was easily accessible, directions were clear. The room was not cleaned daily because they don’t have enough staff. We requested extra towels and bar soaps and they provided us with no issues. The hotel was of reasonable price.

What an absolutely disgusting place. I had an employee stay there while working on a local job. The place is absolutely a horrible place. Filthy, nothing in working order and in reality a health hazzard. We stay at dozens of different places aorund the province and this place is honds down the worst place we have been at in years. Our company does about $45k per year in hotels and I have never seen a place so disgusting. I have photos from my employees stay there that I would be happy to share. We will also be contacting the local health authority and town as it really should not be allowed to be open. Worst place in town by a long ways

This property should have been condemned. I have never stayed in a place so bad. Rotten windows ,broken blinds,rotten boards on deck posts ,unkempt weeds all over & at front of unit we stayed at.We tried to change to another place but non available plus we had already paid for this one. It wasnt worth $50 a nite. Couldn't get out of it fast enough. Seems as though furniture was picked up from an old garage sale.

Right where we wanted to stay , walk to our fishing dock ,Fine accomodation for 2 stinky fishermen, Definetly bare bones , no amenities, and cheapest place in town in PEAK season . and in ill repair . But we are not picky for a place to sleep beteen long fishing days . Coffee maker didn`t work , should have tested it day before our 5 am start . next day , got one right away .

1st I don't like to give bad reviews but our stay here was absolutely insulting to us. I would not recommend staying here. My mum had just passed away & I just felt I needed to get away for a few days to walk the beaches. Windows didn't lock (ground floor) block of wood inside to prevent opening. Horrible view of other run down units in front of ours, not sure why we were put in there when there were other empty units with a harbour view, couldn't find anyone to even complain to. Extremely disappointing stay if I hadn't prepaid (will not do that again) we would have left immediately very unclean unit. Stove rusty at bottom Couldn't use appliances as everything was grubby. Unpleasant odor in unit We would not recommend.
