Entertainment is a cornerstone of this property, with a dedicated game room dedicated space is designed for enjoyment, offering a pool table, arcade games, and a cozy atmosphere for movie nights or friendly competitions.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Step outside to your private backyard oasis. The expansive deck offers an ideal setting for outdoor dining and entertaining, whether hosting a summer barbecue or enjoying a quiet morning coffee amidst the serene surroundings. An inviting fire pit provides a perfect spot for sharing stories under the stars, while the luxurious hot tub offers a relaxing sanctuary to unwind and de-stress.

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, blender, dishware/flatware, drip coffee maker, spices, and seating for 10.

PETS:
We welcome trained, well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. A maximum of two pets are allowed per booking. Pets must be kept off furniture unless protective covers are used. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay applies. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our outdoor spaces.

GENERAL AMENITIES:
Enjoy free WiFi, keyless entry, electric heating, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, shampoo, board games, books, and a high chair for added convenience.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring brand-new stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and elegant cabinetry that combine both beauty and functionality.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 10, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Events/Parties: Not allowed.
3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests.
4. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors.
5. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly.
6. Hot Tub: Please shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Avoid bringing glass or food into the area. Do not add any soaps, oils, or chemicals to the water. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use and do not remove the chlorine floater.
7. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores.
8. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside.
9. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
