"Bed was made poorly as if someone was jumping or sitting on the bed. I had a hair on the sheets. The shower was not that clean either. The towels were also just thrown on the shelf unfolded. The worker who checked us in brought her kids to work with her as well as the lady cleaning on our floor. She had her 3 or 4 year old with her. Not sure how clean rooms can get when you are also watching a child at that age. All in all, poor experience. "

"Pluses: As always, parking and breakfast was fine. The room is always clean. The staff is always top notch. I dealt with Christina and Bree at the front desk and Sabrina, the lady on my floor. They were all very nice, helpful and professional. Negatives: The elevator was out of service. I'm 73 and enjoy bad knees. Christina tried to move me to the ground floor, but it wasn't available. The TV system was very screwed up; not the TV, but the cable system. You couldn't watch a full program, because it would freeze for minutes at a time or it would jump to other channels. Once it jumped to five other channels, before it came back to my program. The only chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever tried to use. It was hard as a wooden bench, and it wouldn't tilt back at all. Before you write me off as a complainer, check it out. I was in 309. From now on, I will request a room on the ground floor and bring a backup chair. "

"My husband has stayed here a few weeks because he’s working in the area. We arent sticklers for modern and fancy when we’re traveling for work but we were a little hesitant because it seems to be a dated hotel and to be honest, not everyone takes care of those. We figured we would try it because the hotel he normally stays in was booked. This one was a little further for him but the plan was to just stay a few nights and return to his previous hotel. As soon as he got there he text me and said he liked it. On night two he had to go to the desk to ask a question and the front desk person greeted him by name. They clean the rooms daily which he loves. Also, i accidentally forgot that this is Easter week and booked the room for the entire week and he only needed it through Thursday. My window to change or cancel online had closed but they were kind enough to speak with hotels.com and request a refund for me for the 2 nights we didn’t need. He will definitely be staying here again until his job is complete. "

"The hotel was a bit run down. There was no lamp by the bed. The only light in the room was a garish overhead light that you had to walk to the door to shut off. Refrigerator was a bit worn. Breakfast was not worth sitting to eat. Honestly this room was not worth the price I paid. On the positive it was quiet and the staff were pleasant and responsive "
