「This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

「Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.」

「The rooms are comfortable and spacious, I’ve stayed here before thats why I decided to stay here again. The only issue was that our kitchen didn’t have any pots or pans, it had utensils, plates and cups but I wasn’t able to cook. Good thing he had booked two rooms and that way we were able to use the pots from the other room. There was no laundry room on any kind of the two rooms. Everything else was great. The people at the front office were very helpful」
