"The lobby was inviting. Stairwells, hallways, and our room were all clean and well maintained. The two restaurants were clean and thenfiid was good. All of the staff were gracious and friendly. The water pressure in our shower was phenomenal! An on-site laundry room and pool were great to have. The location is great: a 10-minute drive from the airport and 5-minute walk to Isla Verde beach, and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. As a bonus, bus lines to Old SanJuan and Piñones are right there, if that's your thing. The only area of improvement would be the slow, glitchy wifi. THIS HOTEL IS A GREAT VALUE AND I WOULD JUMP AT THE CHANCE TO RETURN. "

"The staff at Condado were lovely. I do think tourists need to understand that things move at a slower pace in Puerto Rico, and I was happy to be patient when waiting for food, coffee, or drinks because everyone was so polite, fun, and friendly. The poolside area is beautiful, and I enjoyed the coffee shop and the breakfast pastries available. The poolside food was also delicious and convenient. The staff works extremely hard to keep the property clean. One thing to keep in mind that the beach next to the hotel is public. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining our room, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the property itself is in rather poor condition, and it is time for Hilton to make an effort to update it. There are two pools: a chlorine pool with a swim-up bar and a saltwater pool. In general, many of the chairs around the saltwater pool were broken. The door to my room would not shut properly, and many doors throughout the property would slam shut. One of the elevators was broken, making it very inconvenient to access higher floors. Luckily, I was on the second floor and could take the stairs. The general condition of the common areas is very worn, including the furniture. Overall, I did enjoy my stay because of the great staff, including the poolside security, housekeeping, front desk staff, concierge, and porters, who did their best to host us. However, Hilton should be doing a much better job of maintaining this property. "
