"The location was very good - just a few blocks from the Historical City square. The rooms were very clean- each of our three rooms had towels and its own bathroom. It took some getting used to, but we finally figured out how to get hot water. :-). We had one issue with the door locks, but Javier was quick to get to the house and temporarily fix it until the next morning (when it was fully fixed. No complaints on the speed and quality of response from Javier.Location excellent. Service...

"This location is about 20 minutes walk to the center of town. The streets around it were pretty trashed when we first arrived, but on Christmas Eve morning at 6:00 some crews showed up to clean it all up. I recommend this location as a nice place to stay to visit the beautiful the Valladolid."

"The property was rented out to another family by the owner but I got charged anyways and no one told me until I got there, no wonder directions weren’t accurate , called several given numbers and even called the owner number and won’t answer, turn phone off. I don’t recommend this scammer!"

"Overall this was one of my favorite spots. (We stayed in several places throughout the trip) Going to Vallodolid this is literally a block away from the main square. Parking was street side and easily available. It is on a Main Street but it wasn’t loud for us. AC, Water and Wifi worked well. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. This would be great to rent for a little group or 2-3families. Nothing bad to say! Great property for a quick night in Vallodolid."

"It was an amazing stay. We arrived late at night and Adrian waited for us, to greet us and gave us a fabulous welcome. He made sure that our stay was unique and personal ! Gave us the proper advice for travelling around and recommended the best dishes where food was concerned ! The room was tastefully decorated and the entire ambiance of the property was absolutely amazing! Definitely it’s a ‘must stay’ place. Thanks Adrian and staff for the fabulous hospitality and everlasting memories ! Best of luck to the staff and management of Hacienda ♥️ "

"An amazing experience. This hotels has superb customer service, in a great location. As of this post, the roads of the museum are still under construction, and can be a bit challenging to get to it but it is completely worth it once you arrive in site. Highly recommend. "
