「What an amazing rental property! It is truly set up with the guests in mind. Clear and helpful signage everywhere, a well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and laundry with everything you need, towels, comfy beds and pillows, lots of blankets, an absolutely incredible pool area... the list goes on! Everyone in our family just had the best things to say about this home and our stay. Stacy is a great host, easy to get in touch with and very helpful. We highly recommend this property!」

「The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. 」
