Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. 」

「The host is great. They are very responsive to messages and give very detailed instructions on checking in and checking out of the property. The property is located on the same property as the marina. It is very convenient to the cruise port. Super clean no issues whatsoever.」

「Nice home with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and screened in porch looking over the pond.Was in town to visit family. Thank you Joel for letting me host Easter dinner with them. Had plenty of room for cooking and gathering. We spent the week visiting with family and friends so we didn't do much of anything in the area. Couldn't even get to the beach since we had 4 days of rain. Did make it to Cocoa Village for a few hours of browsing with my cousin. We did enjoy breakfast on the porch and...
