「Great location and friendly neighbors 」

「Cocoa beach wasn’t all we hoped it would be but this place was nice. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, perfect to walk right out to the beach! It was dated but would stay again if we ever went back. 」

「Highly recommend staying at this property. -Check-in and check-out are a breeze. -Parking is close to the door. -Amazing view with a good sized balcony. -Large family room with big TV.-Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.-Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils.and last but not least, the hosts were extremely friendly and very amenable. Probably the best hosts I've encountered in 10 years of vacation rentals. 」

「Very nice condo. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. Lihua is a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended. 」

「Everything was as described and pictured in the condo. The condo was in immaculate condition and the manager Zareh was super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The condo is on the first floor and its parking is just outside the door, which is perfect. The proximity of the condo from the beach, and the private beach and pool access makes this a no brainer. 」

「We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back! 」

「The condo has a great ocean view with a nice cool breeze at night. There is a clear view of the NASA launch pad from the back porch as well.This condo is located in a very convenient location. Grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt courses, shops, etc. all within a few miles or less. It’s an easy and very short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the unit could use a few more minor updates and TLC. 」
