「Property was clean and we could see the ocean from the property. Pier is very close to walk too. Other shops within walking distance also that had great ice cream. There is a pool outside also. 」

「We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!」

「Unit is nice and right on the beach. Path to beach is a bit overgrown - but might just be off season. Heads up if you book during Christmas there is a huge Christmas Eve event we were unaware of on the beach directly in front of the condo. We were unaware - but pleasantly surprised to get to watch Surfing Santa's - but it is a BIG event. 」
