Off grid serene, rural, 10 acres, waterfront with views galore in Tinopai.

Rural setting, so it's very serene. Small channel estuary at your doorstep to explore in a kayak, or small dinghy. A wraparound deck perfect for BBQs, stargazing and neighbours very faraway to play loud music and enjoy entertainment. A very private setting with extraordinary views of the Kaipara.
Plenty of local sights and activities to visit. At the end of the Tinopai peninsula is the wharf for serious fishing. The closest shops are either Four Square at Ruawai or Paparoa, both are about 15 minutes away, including cafes and takeaways, Saturday markets, Dargaville Shopping Centre about 1 hour away.
To be fair, because it is solar powered, there are a few limitations hence its cheaper than other similar rentals such as the following:
-small primus gas stoves, small solar pots and kettle,4 burner bbq.
-no washing machine, Maungaturoto is the closest laundromat, about 30 mins away.
-there is no fridge/freezer.
As a new host just starting out, the above limitations will be added as soon as I can, but the rental rate may increase as well unfortunately.
