BR Villas are located in central Istria, between the towns Pazin and Porec. The property consists out of 2 two villas, each sold separately as single properties. Both villas are air conditioned, with free WiFi and each with its own outdoor swimming pool.
This stunning B2 designer villa is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 12 persons. It consists out of the main building where 10 people can be accommodated and an adjoining building for 2 people. The main building has 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the 5th bedroom with a bathtub and en suite bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, DVD, stereo system and a fire place, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area large enough for the entire group to spend quality time together. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area with a grill. The living room has a direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Pool towels are provided. Private pool of 25 m2 is completely enclosed and situated in a carefully tended garden that contains traditional istrian plants such as olives and lavender. An outdoor shower is also available.
The adjoining building consist out of a bedroom with en suite bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room on the ground floor.
