"The room we were given was above the garage door and unfortunately this was noisy. We did ask to move when we discovered this. However the only rooon type available was $500 a night more. And this was not an option. This was discussed at checkout. And the manager was quick to apologise and compensate "

"Like many older hotels, inexpensive bathroom and other fixtures break down. The sink dripped, the stopper didn't work, the coffee maker leaked, and other very minor things. An excellent feature is lots of high pressure hot water! And the staff were very friendly."

"Room condition was clean with only a few minor repair issues barely noticeable and due to aging. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Hot tub was clean and not too "chemical," but jets did not work with much force. Good exercise room. Located right on Banff Ave. with free bus pass. Underground, heated parking and storage lockers for skis. Only complaint is that all the pillows were very thick with no thinner alternatives. "

"Was the perfect place to stay while in Banff. Location was great, walk to all the shops and restaurants, right in the river with views of the mountains. Guests also receive discounted Ski Big 3 lift tickets which was a great surprise. 10/10 would stay again. "
