"Room was large, clean, had microwave and frig. Perfect for me and my dog and next to stairs that led outside. Staff was excellent and room was clean!!! Comfy bed and large bathroom. Would definitely stay again"

"Front desk staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the property is a disaster. The entire place smells like mold, the pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom. Everything is coated in a layers of dust. There were two fridges in the room because one of them didn’t work. We ended up leaving shortly after check-in and taking the loss. The overwhelming mold smell (especially in our room) and grime was too much."

"This Hotel was nice, but for some reason when I read the reviews online I expected something a little nicer and in better condition. There were parts of the hotel that needed repairs and updating. The Check in Staff was good but after I completed the check in, I did not see any staff at all for the rest of my stay. When it came time to check out there was no one to be seen. There was only a basket with a sign to leave the room key cards in."

"The issue I had was the elevator is broken and it’s so hard for us to climb the stairs especially when the side door wasn’t a entrance and exit only and to be place on the third level, I mean any level without a elevator is almost impossible to handle . I never had an issue with this place when I came to town to stay until the elevator stopped working and also this time I had to switch rooms because they had given me a room where they had removed the fridge. The staff is amazing and everything else is great but I will not be staying here when I come to town until that elevator is fixed."

"Firstly, I got what I paid for lolol. Cheap room that me, my girl, and my dog could stay in. They get big kudos for that! As for the hotel itself it was super humid inside. The indoor pool isn’t separated from the rest of the common area so it’s super humid in there. Would be good if they added some ventilation to get fresh air into the common area. Unfortunately this made the room humid too. Thank god for the AC. It took all night but by the time morning came the humidity was down to normal. Other than that, the staff was great. The breakfast was good. They had a killer ranchero sauce. If I’m in Amarillo again, this place will be on the list!"
