"Room was very clean, property was nicely maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice pool area also. Beach access was right across the street. There are no chair rentals at this beach so you can buy at the Cost U Less next door, or sit on your beach towel. You have to bring your own beach towels, also would recommend bringing an extra bath towel for each person in the party. We received fresh towels once after the third day of our weeklong stay. "

"Sundowner 3 was the perfect quiet location on beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The three of us loved having our own en suite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was mesmerizing sitting in the comfortable living room with a beach and water view. We enjoyed walking to Coccoloba Bar and Grill and Bonny Moon Beach Club for lunch or dinner. Visiting Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, Cayman Turtle Center, and shopping and eating at downtown Georgetown and Camana Bay were all fantastic, but just staying home at our beachside retreat was the favorite part of our Grand Cayman adventure. If you are looking for accommodations away from the large hotels and time share developments, Sundowner 3 is the place for you. This beautiful condo has everything you will need for a memorable Caribbean vacation. "

"The accommodations was fabulous. Comfy beds, ample storage, large shower with a shower head and separate sprayer. The two bedrooms, each with sliding glass door that lead to large balcony was an added touch. Both bedrooms had their own LED Televisions that was dedicated for streaming videos and another in living room for cable and streaming. Kitchen was well stocked with convenient hideaway washer/dryer/dish washer and refrigerator with freezer. The rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna was a great addition. Onsite grocery store and restaurants was convenient. Christin e the property manager addressed any issues we had incident providing an iron/ironing board on request. Overall, we all loved the accommodations, a short walk to Seven Mile beach with provided chairs, umbrellas and coolers. And the airport pickup and transfer was a welcome treat. "

"The room was great! I loved the view and the pillows were great. The night lights in the room are unique. I loved the frozen grapes and popsicles they hand out on the beach. I fell pampered. Great and such kind people. Loved my stay!"
