  • Duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms of 34m² (Carrez law 27m²) at the foot of the slopes for 2 to 5 people. Warm mountain style decoration. Departure and return on skis without walking. The track at the foot of the residence has two free treadmills, ideal for beginners or toboggan enthusiasts. Quiet residence and family neighborhood. Balcony with superb view of the Brévières and Mont Blanc.

    The residence is located 50M on foot or on skis from the new Boisses gondola and 200M from the village center of Tignes 1800 with shops, restaurants, tourist office, free shuttle to the lake, ESF ski school ...

    Note that since last year, the village of Tignes 1800 has been connected to the village of Tignes les Brevières (1550m) by a gondola accessible for free to pedestrians and open at night on certain evenings. Air travel to vary the pleasures!

Had a great Christmas here, accommodation was ideal for our party of 2 adults & a 12 year old. Ate out 2 nights cooked in 5 nights, kitchen area pots and pans all good to cook simple meals. Contact with Stephanie and Carole conciergerie was good, responded to any questions. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment!

We had a lovely stay in Tignes. The apartment was great and had all we required. It was a convenient location for our children who were learning to ski as a short walk to free magic carpet lifts. Helpful owner and concierge during our stay.

Nice clean and cosy appartment at a very good location. The appartment is right next to a small slope and a short distance from the télécabines Boisses and Brevières. A supermarket, a couple of restaurants and some ski shops are also very close by. The appartment is not really big, so I wouldn't stay in it with more than 4 people. However, for 3-4 people it's just fine and cosy.. A bit larger place to dry our boots and ski equipment would have been nice (there is a small locker in the basement for the skis). Communication with the owner and the caretaker was very friendly and professional, I would recommend this stay.

Vacances au mois d’août

Séjour d’une semaine en couple avec un adolescent. L’appartement est bien équipé, très propre, une situation géographique parfaite ( pas dérangé par la masse des vacanciers), le propriétaire est a l’écoute et très accueillant. Une quantité d’activités sont à faire sur place avec des randonnées magnifiques. Très beau cadre. Je recommande cet appartement.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Familien, das Haus liegt neben der Skipiste und einem Übungshang.Trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Lage. Top Ausstattung des Appartements, v.a. der Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten (Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Raclette- und Fondumaschine). Problemlose Kommunikation bei Schlüsselübergabe (wenn auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt). Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, appartement bien équipé, parfait pour un couple et 2 enfants, juste aux pieds des pistes et de l esf pour les enfants. Nous avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout notre séjour. Navette très fréquente vers Le Lac. Tout est possible à pied. Tres bon accueil. Petit bémol la propreté dans le salle de bain est à revoir ( joins très salés ainsi que tâches étranges au plafond)

L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité : l'appartement est bien agencé, propre et bien équipé. Son emplacement au pied d'une piste et à proximité des commerces est idéal. Nous avons séjourné dans ce bel appartement pour notre premier séjour sur Tignes et nous n'avons pas été déçus! En effet, appart très bien agencé et comprenant tout le nécessaire pour des vacances! Nous avions peur d'être loin de la partie activités/commerces mais tout est tout de même à proximité et très bien desservi si besoin! Bref ! Parfait! Très bons contacts que ce soit avec le propriétaire réactif, donnant de bonnes explications et conseils, ou avec Carole la personne accueillante chargée de gérer l'appartement et notre arrivée sur place. Nous recommandons cet appart sans problème pour une famille de 4 personnes. Bonne continuation à vous et encore merci à Carole qui a su être disponible et agréable comme un hôte d'accueil est sensé l'être. Virginie et Florian Marnas
