Beautiful home on Lake Burton with boathouse.  Short walk from house to boat dock. This home is close and within walking distance of two of our other listings, Rest Ashored and Burton Bliss. Rent all 3 properties for a total guest count of 24 with a total of 9 bedrooms, for family reunions, groups & summer fun on the lake!

Lake Burton modified drawdown schedule:
September 3, 2024     - Lake starts down gradually from Normal (1865.0 elevation)
September 16, 2024   - Lake is one foot down (1864.0 elevation)
November 1, 2024      - Lake starts down gradually to (1862.5 elevation)
March 1, 2025             - Lake starts up gradually from 2.5 feet down (1862.5 elevation)
May 1, 2025                - Lake is back to Normal summer pool (1865.0 elevation)

Boat House Rules
The boat stored inside the boat house: Not Available for use
• The gradual step down into the water is perfect for small children and toddlers,
• Adult Supervision required for guests under the age of 18
• 10pm Noise Ordinance, find your way back from the boathouse and enjoy the inside of your lovely rental home. 
• For outdoor activities at the home, please keep voice levels and music down while enjoying the outdoors.

Things to Know:
• 30+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions. 
• This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions. 
• Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked. 
• Firewood not allowed in the gas fireplace.
• This property is located on a graded, concrete driveway. Most vehicles will be fine, especially FWD vehicles. Vehicles with extra low suspensions may have an issue. 
• Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.

Property management was super! They sent text reminders and access to home well prior to our check in- I’m sure they were aware that cell coverage may be a challenge once we got closer.Home was very clean and had plenty of towels for the shower and even a very nice toiletry kit was provided for each bath! We loved the home, spaciousness, and felt very at home and comfortable. Weird no additional tvs other than in living room. Not a big deal, but, would have been nice to be able to relax in bed in evenings or first thing in am as we were getting ready. The kitchen was a bit sparse on supplies- no storage containers and we kept having to wash pans and casserole dish to reuse. If you plan on cooking- plan ahead. We ended up getting deliveries from WalMart (20 minutes away) for coffee, sugar, Tupperware, Saran Wrap, tin foil, charcoal.
