Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Platzl is always a fantastic place to stay. The staff are wonderful. It’s easy to get to by taxi or train. The surrounding area has many dining and shopping options. Plenty of thinks to see. When you’re ready to rest it’s quiet and clean.
