「To start the hotel didn’t have anyone at the desk, check in was done through a kiosk style system. The room was dirty and smelled. The comforter had stains on it and the bed had hair in it when we removed the comforter. The carpet felt sticky when walking on it. We stayed on the property long enough to find a room somewhere else and checked out. They would not issue a refund because they said that we had been checked in for 45 minutes before we came back to the kiosk to ask for a refund. Stay...

Rooms were old and not well maintained-faucet was moving in one room and shelving was crooked. Hangers were rusty. Breakfast was a bagel. Juice dispenser was broken, decaf coffee dispenser was broken, no protein choices. For over $200 per night I expected more.」
