「Location was great, room was awesome, amenities great, and great staff」

「The rental unit was falling apart. I've never seen a dump like this place. There was a maintenance request from the previous renters (which was dated May 31, we got there June 4) that stated there were bed bugs. And a host of other problems. We left immediately after calling the properties management, who never responded. On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd give this place a 5. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in OBX. The condo was just as described and was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. We appreciate that we could bring our fur babies along! Thank you!!!!!!!」

「My mother and I loved this condo! Decorated so nicely and comfortably, very clean and well-equipped. My mom has some physical limitations and the condo and location were very accessible as well. The view from the balcony was perfect and she could still enjoy the ocean even when she didn’t feel like walking down. Landie was so helpful and communication was wonderful. We loved being so close to the beautiful beach!」

「We had a great week! The unit is practically spotless. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything! We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets to top off the evenings. We appreciated the beach chairs to take with us for our beach day. My only suggestion is to replace the twin mattresses. They’re not very comfortable. Our host Eddie was very communicative and professional. Would stay here again and highly recommend. 」

「We were in town for a wrestling tournament at the sports plex this place was perfect 30 min from it and near the beach had everything we needed!!!」

「The building is old so it isn't very appealing from the outside. However the room itself was very clean and cute. It had everything you could need for an extended stay. We did not utilize the bikes or the extras. The parking for us and it's location was not ideal for us. We would have liked to park onsite. The parking is across the street next to a 711, so it isn't secured or monitored. Consequently our car was hit in the parking lot overnight. To be fair I supposed it could have happened...

「Condo was fine, but definitely dated. The location was great. I was surprised there was no laundry detergent and only a tiny bar of hotel style soap in each bathroom. Definitely not enough for a 5 night stay.」
