「スタッフさんも優しく、朝食もいただけるのでありがたかったです。」

「All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then.」

「What a beautiful location! Lovely hotel in a perfect spot. The staff were all so freindly and helpful, especially the extremely polite dark haired gentleman at the bar when we arrived. He took the trouble to show me to the room and explained everything. The breakfast was also very good, great choice and lovely to sit with a view of the Abbey. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend.」

「We stayed in three. The room was big, but it was including waste space where no one stays there. If sofa bed was opened, no space to walk or open your luggage. The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners. The room hadn't been make up. This is because we didn't put the sign (hanging the door) that we need. Thank you for such warm service. What if we forgot to...

「Shower had a draining issue and in room fan was pretty noisy (hence we couldn't use it). Nonetheless, overall it was a decent stay.」

「This true Kentish pub is fabulous, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, the staff are welcoming friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and food is great. A pleasure to visit this historic pub.」

「Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great」

「Nice older-style hotel with helpful friendly staff. Room a bit small and overlooked by house opposite but other facilities very good. Relaxing lounge, very pleasant garden area, very nice restaurant serving excellent breakfast and convenient parking.」
