"Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!"

Only improvement would be that the check in details for the building access are shared in advance of arrival - which didn’t happen in my case. Otherwise amazing facilities and easy access to public transport and restaurants."
