「They do not provide nor do they tell you towel service, and bed are not done changed daily. I had To call for fresh towels, and toilet paper. Hotel itself is new and room as clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again」

「The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience」

「Good news first- The food and the restaurant were good. The bartender- she was very good. The front desk guy looked overwhelmed and did the best he could. He gets a thumbs up. Hot tub nice and big. Bad- the area outside- sketchy- although the hotel had the foresight to hire a security guard- saw deals going down just outside his view in the parking lot. Found a bug in my room. Sheets were clean but obviously reused- wine stains. Sticky food residue on carpet beside the bed. Thermostat did not...

「Room a bit smelly! Had to sleep with the window opened. Breakfast is quite controlled. Front desk will issue a voucher early in the morning and there 1-2 guys custodian who enters the room. No eggs, but everything else was there. Good oatmeal!」

「We stayed here late at night while passing through and booked 3 rooms for our group. All we needed was a decent place to sleep before continuing our drive in the morning, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. As soon as we opened the room door, we noticed the suite door did not close properly. There were visible gaps around the door and the deadbolt would not latch securely. The room also had a smoky, musty smell upon entering, although it appeared clean at first...
