"This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. "

From the saunas to the hot tub everything was amazing and help provide a quiet relaxing weekend away to read and unwind. Josh was an amazing host. Was always quick to respond and help with anything we had questions on. We've used VRBO for years and I'll say Josh was the most gracious and responsive host we have ever had. "It accomplished exactly what we needed pet friendly, time away to just hangout with friends and family without the distractions of work and life.However, in one of the bedrooms there were a dirty pair of pants let in the room on the floor and a pacifier from the previous people on the ground. Also, we came in the winter, so I am assuming the summer experience is excellent, but during the winter, at least, the water was untreated and smelled so bad that people chose not to take showers and brushed their teeth with bottled water."
